What is MainStreetKeys?

MainStreetKeys is a chat search for businesses for sale. You describe the company you want. It returns matching listings with the asking price, revenue, profit, and multiple when the broker published them.

Which brokers are included?

QuietLight, Empire Flippers, Accounting Practice Sales, and Simmons & Associates. A match always links to the original listing on that broker’s site.

Are you affiliated with those brokers?

No. MainStreetKeys is not a broker and is not affiliated with QuietLight, Empire Flippers, Accounting Practice Sales, or Simmons. Figures are shown as published, and the listing page stays with the source.

How many searches do I get?

Free includes 3 new searches a day. A follow-up in the same conversation, such as “only under 3x” or “just Texas”, does not use another search.

What is Pro?

MainStreetKeys Pro is $19 a month or $171 a year. It removes the daily search limit and includes the full CSV for any search. It also sends daily email alerts for new listings that match your saved searches. See the pricing page for details.

Can I export the matches?

Yes. After a search, download a CSV of the matches. Free downloads include the first 25 rows; Pro and the Data Pack include every listing. Each row links back to the broker.

Are there email alerts?

Yes, with Pro. Save a search from the results and each morning MainStreetKeys emails you any new listings that match. One email a day, and you can unsubscribe from any alert.

I am a broker. How do I list deals?

Open the broker page and join the waitlist. Listing is free. MainStreetKeys does not charge a placement fee on that form.
