Effective October 29, 2026. Please read these terms before using MainStreetKeys.

Accepting these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and RespondPal LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using https://www.mainstreetkeys.com or our data products you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What MainStreetKeys is

MainStreetKeys is a chat-style search over businesses-for-sale listings gathered from public broker and marketplace websites, covering online businesses such as SaaS, ecommerce, Amazon FBA and content sites, plus accounting and veterinary practices. Each listing links to the original broker.

We are not a broker and give no advice

We are not a business broker, we hold no escrow, and we are not part of any transaction. Nothing on MainStreetKeys is financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Talk to qualified professionals before you buy.

Listings may be wrong or out of date

We do not verify listings. Prices, revenue figures and availability can be stale or wrong. The broker's page is the source of truth, and you are responsible for your own due diligence.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy, or resell data from the site; do not get around or abuse search limits; and do not access the service by bots or other automated means, except through our Apify actors or an API we provide. Do not use MainStreetKeys to break the law or to harm others.

Third-party listings and links

Listings and links belong to third parties. We are not affiliated with the brokers listed unless we say so, and we are not responsible for their sites, content or conduct.

For brokers

To correct or remove a listing, or to ask to be listed, email hello@respondpal.ai and we will act promptly.

Intellectual property

The MainStreetKeys site, software, design and branding belong to RespondPal LLC. Listing content remains the property of its owners.

Free and paid services

The free tier includes a limited number of searches per day, and those limits may change. MainStreetKeys Pro costs $19 per month or $171 per year (3 months free) and includes unlimited searches and full CSV export, plus daily email alerts for saved searches. The Businesses-for-Sale Data Pack is a one-time $49 CSV, and when offered, the Main-Street Data Pack is a separate one-time $49 CSV of local and main-street listings. Fees are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, either from the Manage or cancel subscription page at /account or by emailing hello@respondpal.ai, and stay active until the end of the paid period. Data packs are non-refundable once delivered unless the file is defective. Data Packs and CSV exports are licensed to you for your own research into buying a business. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or share them, or use them to build a competing listing service. Listing facts belong to the brokers we link to. Our Apify Store actors (online-business-deals and practices-for-sale) are governed by Apify's terms as well as these terms.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RespondPal LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss from a business purchase or decision. Our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or $100.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify RespondPal LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use MainStreetKeys means you accept the changes.
