Privacy policy

Effective October 29, 2026. This policy explains what MainStreetKeys collects and why, in plain English.

Who we are

RespondPal LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (doing business as MainStreetKeys), runs https://www.mainstreetkeys.com. Questions about this policy go to hello@respondpal.ai.

What we collect when you search

We store the words you typed, the filters we understood, how many listings matched, and related category details in our Supabase database. We use this to improve search and to show brokers what buyers look for. We do not attach searches to your name.

Listing clicks

When you click through to a broker, we record the listing id, the broker, the page you were on, and your search text if you came from a search. We do not store your IP address.

Emails you give us

If you sign up for an alert or the broker waitlist, we store your email and the search or form it came with, and we use it only to send what you asked for. Every alert email can be unsubscribed, or write to hello@respondpal.ai.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They are cookieless and report aggregated page views and performance, not a profile of you.

Payments

Paid products are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles it under its own privacy policy.

Who helps us run the service

Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database), Zoho Mail (email), Stripe (payments) and Apify (data collection and our Apify Store actors). They process data only to provide their services to us.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We keep search and click logs as long as they are useful for improving the service and understanding demand. We keep emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and payment records as long as the law requires.

Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, and limited access to our data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

MainStreetKeys is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights, including in California

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither). Email hello@respondpal.ai and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

International users

We are based in the United States and our providers store data in the US and elsewhere. By using MainStreetKeys you understand your information is processed there.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
